About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Stellar Bathrooms website (stellarbathrooms.com.au) and your engagement of Stellar Bathrooms (ABN 85 320 828 414) to carry out renovation work. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Stellar Bathrooms provides bathroom, ensuite and laundry renovation services, and shower repairs, for residential properties in Canberra and the Queanbeyan region. Our services are described on this website for general information purposes only and are subject to change without notice.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes provided by Stellar Bathrooms are fixed-price and obligation-free unless stated otherwise in writing. A fixed-price quote covers all work described in the quote document, including allowances for nominated fixture items.

The fixed price does not cover:

• Hidden structural defects that could not be identified at the time of quoting, such as white ant damage
• Additional work requested by the client after the quote is accepted
• Fixture upgrades above the stated allowance amount
• Council approvals or associated fees, unless expressly included in the quote

Where allowances are included, any difference between the allowance and the actual cost of the selected fixture will be credited or charged accordingly on the final invoice.

Warranties

Stellar Bathrooms provides the following warranties on all completed renovation work:

• 10-year warranty on waterproofing, applied to AS 3740-2021
• 12-month warranty on workmanship

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@stellarbathrooms.com.au. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, modification by a third party, or events outside our control.

Compliance certificates

On completion of renovation work, Stellar Bathrooms provides compliance certificates for waterproofing, plumbing and electrical work carried out under the relevant licence. These certificates are provided at the final walkthrough.
